What is the instructor-to-student ratio in each class?
At SHIFT Indoor Cycling, we maintain a low instructor-to-student ratio to ensure personalized attention and guidance. Each class has a maximum of 16 riders, and we have at least one instructor for every eight riders.What is the duration of each class and how often are they held?
Our indoor cycling classes are 45 minutes long, and we offer them seven days a week. You can choose from multiple time slots throughout the day and book your class online.Do you provide rental bikes or do I need to bring my own?
We provide state-of-the-art indoor bikes for all our riders. You only need to bring comfortable workout clothes, shoes, and a water bottle. We also have a water refill station for your convenience.What is the cancellation policy for classes and is there a penalty fee?
We understand that plans can change, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Shift is awesome! Really good quality equipment, nice environment, the instructors are really knowledgeable and make each class interesting & fun. It's not "just" spinning and the programming helps you get fitter which makes you better at other sports.

I LOVE SHIFT !!!! I started when recovering from surgery as it was the first exercise I could do and I am soo glad that I did! The sessions are so much fun and well planned , in the last 3 months I have seen my fitness improve not just when spinning but also when doing other cardio! This is now my favourite way to start a sunday! I got my mum to try and free session and she is also hooked !! Thanks Nat for your awesome coaching and the welcoming space you have created
