I and my daughter are patients of dr shaf. He is a wonderful humble intelligent dr. He can tell the constitution of your body and what’s wrong with it by checking your pulse, tongue and taking a photograph of your eyes. His diagnosis is accurate. I have a lot of admiration and respect for this dr and he is doing gods work by making changes to a person life for his/betterment. His services have never disappointed me and his secretary is always polite and always keen to help. Thanks to the A Team at Shifa herbs.

I had an appointment booked at 6:30, it was 7:30 and we still had not been seen. I complained to the receptionist who was not apologetic at all and made it seem as if I should be grateful I even got an appointment in the first place. When going private and paying for private treatment you should expect to be seen at the time you were given. People have busy lives, we cannot afford to waste time. Instead of apologising and offering something in return for my patience, the receptionist said people come from all over the country to see him so he wants to spend adequate time with each client. That’s absolutely fine but then you should amend your schedule and give one hour time slots to first time consultations instead of trying to cram as many 30 min appointments in as possible and be left with dissatisfied customers. I didn’t even bother staying to see the specialist because I had already wasted so much time. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

I have been bringing both my parents here for the past 3-4 years. My dad has heart failure, hypertension, asthma and many other illnesses. Since coming here most of the medicine prescribed by the doctors has been stopped. My mum is diabetic with high cholesterol and hypertension. She no longer takes cholesterol tablets or blood pressure tablets after using the herbal medince by shifa herbs. I would recommend everyone who has health issues to definitely come to shifa herbs.

I have seen Shaf for around about 8 years. He is now classed as my family Doctor. My mother sees him religiously also and over the years I have lost count of the amount of people I have referred to him for help with various health concerns and ailments; he is amazing but he is not a magician! He will advise and guide but there is an onus on the patient to make lifestyle changes to get the maximum out of the Ayurvedic herbs he prescribes. I trust Shaf implicitly. By using the diagnostic tool ‘iridology’ he is able to work individualistically with his patients, he blends the herbs to work with each of his patients bodily constitutions, you can’t get more bespoke treatment than this. I cannot rate this Dr highly enough, the fact I can’t get in until Mid June and it is currently March speaks volumes. I love Shifa herbs and EVERYTHING he stands for.

I heard about Shifa herbs from family. After I had my third baby I had some health issues that needed to be resolved. The lovely receptionist booked me in for an appointment and was very helpful. After my initial appointment I was impressed because Shaf was able to diagnose the health issues I had without me telling him anything. I got the herbs and have been taking them for the past three months and thankfully all my issues are nearly resolved.

We were referred to Shifa Herbs through some family friends. My mother had just received a fairly new diagnosis of breast cancer back in 2017. We were lucky it was at an early stage however the impact on her health and wellbeing was huge. It effected her to the extent she lost 4 stones of weight in a matter of six months and became so weak she was unable to stay awake. We weren't keen on pursuing chemo or radiotherapy as my mother was so weak. After meeting Shaf and his explanation of the disease and treatment and seeing his confidence we felt reassured not to proceed with the radio/chemo. He explained everything step by step and accommodated my mother with her needs. To this day we have continued with the herbs and thankfully no sign of cancer. The treatment has helped with her diabetes and other health issues too. Highly recommend this clinic and the treatments. Best thing no side effects!!!
