I paid for Shield Pest Control to complete two visits to spray for moths. Unfortunately the service they provided did not solve the problem so I can’t recommend them. For context it was a minor moth issue that should have been sorted with this level of treatment. They also did not show up for the second scheduled visit despite saying they had come and it took a lot of back and fourth emails for them to actually come. A disappointing experience all around given that I had given them the option to put it right by providing the feedback directly before writing this review. Service: Bug & insect extermination

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY Called to my property by my landlord when I saw a mouse in my property. Shield put down boxes with bait. Attended 3 times in which they said I no longer have mice as their boxes NEVER got touched by the mice. I also placed my own bait around the property which the mice WAS eating.. My final Shield visit was last week which they advised the problem was sorted.. anyway 2 days later I’ve got a dead mouse in my front room. We recently had a mouse infestation throughout our house. I found Shield Pest Control online and spoke directly to their MD - Daniel Steward. I liked their approach to assessing the issue and systematically removing the problem. They have been great to deal with, good value and definitely experts in what they do.
