I placed an order for Bi-Folding doors 6 weeks ago, I had to keep chasing my order every week and kept being told the material will be delivered 'next week' and next week never came! The customer service is absolutely disgusting, the man who answers the phone is very rude and shouts at you on the phone. When I called to ask how much longer it would take on week 6, he aggressively told me to Cancel my order if I was not happy! These guys are very arrogant and act like the customer is doing them a favour! Very disappointed with the service I received after taking a risk using them. I ended up cancelling my order after the man was almost daring me to, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone. I would also give 0 stars if possible as there was no product supplied to me or date given for fitting after waiting 6 weeks
