I'd gone out for a few other quotes, but they were the only ones who didn't try and upsell me on unwanted extras or ghost me following the initial quote. They knew their stuff, gave a fair quote, communicated when they could do the work then turned up on schedule and did a thorough job. Couldn't ask for better.

Steve, Elaine and the team did a really good job at sorting the raising damp in our living room. Elaine was helpful on the phone and helped to address any questions we had about the works. The whole process of removing the plaster, injecting the walls and then replastering the room was surprisingly tidy and they did a good job at smoothing the walls afterwards! A polite and helpful team.

Me and my partner enquired via Facebook about a property we are purchasing. After not hearing back from our message, we called to chase up. The lady we spoke to was extremely rude. She asked for my partners name and before she could finish her name, she was told she hadn't had anything through Facebook abruptly. We didn't dwell as we had a GENUINE enquiry. Proceeded to explain the situation to which she replied "I'll stop you there, we are too busy". GREAT! Not even wanting to hear us out for future work. Not a great advertisement for the company. Judging by the other reviews, the work they do sounds great but the woman in the office was unbelievably unhelpful. I'm writing this review to make sure the correct people know how their customers are being treated behind the scenes.
