I have ordered from this company for over two years now and always had issues with my deliveries or fabric. I have had fabric arrive stained and it took me so long to get a replacement (many back and forth emails) although if you read through previous reviews someone said they had their stained order replaced straight away with no issues - I did actually quote that back to them and that is when I finally received an exchange....The fabrics are not cheap and the fact that it takes 7+ working days to process your order you would think it would arrive in pristine condition... I paid £8.99 for48h tracked delivery which took 9 days to arrive. I suppose it is what it is, though, I have not come across such high charges anywhere else for such slow service. The fabrics are of course of high quality as you would expect at £16/m+. If I was to rate the fabrics I would happily give Sherwoods 5/5 :) However the business model and customer service has plenty of room for improvement.
