My wife had a terrible experience in this practice which truly upset her. After performing a questionable filling job on one of her teeth, she started feeling discomfort and sensitivity on it. She couldn't be able to book a follow-up visit as the place - she has been told on the phone - is always fully booked. After she expressed her resentment and leaving a bad review the receptionist promptly called her saying that she has been removed as patient by the manager because of her review. A childish behaviour that goes well with the overall lack of professionalism and manners of the whole staff. I recommend to the management of this place to attend to some conflict-resolution course as it would be definitely beneficial for them and teach them a thing or two about how to deal with the public. I am glad I am a patient of a different clinic so they cannot remove me as well because of this review. I would give 0 if I could!

Impossibile to get an appointment. I have been calling day after day for a tooth ache and there is no way to see a dentist - I have to leave my tooth until it's late enough and an implant is the only option. Either here private services are privileged over NHS ones, or too many patients have been taken and the clinic is not able to handle them. I am going to have to find a different practice. Quick update: following this review on Google the clinic has decided to remove me as a patient. Absolutely appalling behaviour from the management: avoid this clinic. I will take this further with the competent authorities as this is discriminating behaviour. I would like to be contacted with an apology as this is the least you could do.
