    excellent sales assistant when i was purchasing outdoor patio furnituire. allowed to browse without hassle but as soon as i nade an enquiry it was dealt with swiftly and with a smile. delivery was quick and the furniture unpacked and left exactly where i wanted it. highly recommend Shackletons and cant praise them enough
