Thought I’d wait a few months before I wrote a review, so that it could be honest, and informed. But truth be told I Needn't have waited, as I’m as happy today, as the day I bought my truck. Shere 4x4 have been on my raider for a number of years, and their reputation in the truck world had always been what attracted me to them. So when the truck I had been looking for came up in there stock at just the right time for me changing over my old one. I couldn’t be happier. As with most people, I always go into these things with a bit of trepidation, as I’ve been to my fair share of car dealers that have left me feeling uneasy. But Chris and the whole shere 4x4 experience is not like that at all. From the first impressions of their set up, it looks professional and well set up. Most dealers now lack this, and especially if your trying to buy a truck. You normally end up in a storage area in a farm, or worse. This image gives a great first impression, that’s carried on when you get inside. I think I was offered a cup of tea at least 3 times, and made to feel at ease. Chris has the right balance of letting you look around the vehicle and ask questions, without hovering and bombarding you with a sales pitch. Something other dealers I’ve dealt with could learn from. Although I went after the covid restrictions had been reduced. I was still politely booked in when another viewing had finished, just to add another layer of protection. After going for a test drive with an equally nice member of their team. I agreed to the sale there and then. Something I would normally go away and think about. This shows the level of trust I had in the whole thing. After sales care is just as good. Chris made sure the truck had a full MOT with no advisories, and even delivered the truck with the deal. I’ve spoken to Chris a few times after taking delivery, asking for help and advice on how things work, and not once made to feel like I was annoying or stupid. Same level of friendly Chris that I got before buying the car. Overall I really couldn’t of wanted anything more from this company, and will definitely be using them again.

I bought Ford ranger over the telephone, Chris sent video. Was slightly worried buying over phone however won’t be in the future when using Shere. Collected car yesterday, flew down, Chris picked me up from airport. I’m delighted with car. It’s in great condition. Fantastic service from Chris. We are delighted with vehicle and service from Shere 4x4, and Mr Chris White, in particular. For geographical reasons we bought the vehicle, unseen, which felt uncomfortable, but we needn't have worried. It was a pleasure to have it delivered by, and meet, Mr White, with whom we had been in prior, frequent and helpful contact. While we anticipate this vehicle will last longer than we will, we would do the same again.
