It’s takes 10 minutes by car to talk to someone at reception or 1 hour by phone to listen that you are caller number 20. A month for an appointment to get to see a doctor is a joke. 3 visits for a repeat proscription because nobody has a record of one. Stood in a queue whilst listening to the receptionist talk about her holidays to someone for 5 minutes. And it goes on. Bring back dr peal .

I’ve been with this practice for almost 2 years now. I’ve always found them to be friendly and helpful. Several time I’ve needed same day appointments and they have managed to accommodate me at short notice. They even have a dispensary in house which can make it easier when collecting prescriptions.

I have been with this surgery for 21 years and only ask for an appointment when the local pharmacist or NHS online are unable to assist with a problem. Urgent appointments were alway obtained on the same day having given sufficient warning to the surgery. I am always ready to accept a wait for non urgent ones. The level of care given by the surgery doctors to my late wife, when she was suffering from terminal cancer, was fantastic and could not be faulted. I positively endorse the high quality of care and service given by all staff members.
