    I was a member of the gym for years and got bored of the same old classes which repeated themselves. I joined Bootcamp a few years back and I love it. No two sessions are the same, it's challenging and I ache after the class which is a good sign ! Matt is well aware of people's fitness levels and will cater the class so you get the work out you need.

    I have been going to Bootcamp since 2014 and now go 3 times a week. I have never had the same workout twice so your body is always challenged. It's a great combination of cardio and weight training with a friendly mix of people who attend. Trainer Matt knows his stuff too!

    A great way to get fit and make new friends! Really sociable and welcoming group led by Matt who pushes everyone hard, no matter how fit or experienced you are. No monthly gym fees, fresh air and always good fun - what's not to love?! Try it the once. It's surprisingly addictive!

Read about Matt's Chislehurst Bootcamp sessions last August and went along to try it out..... and I haven't looked back since. Great encouragement and support from Matt and all those around you, the team effort feeling is a great motivator. You can feel your fitness improve week on week and managing a few more burpees, sit ups or run distance is a big buzz... especially when your nearly 58!
