Thank you Chris and your team on what could only be described as perfect service! We have had our entire house fitted with Sherbornes Evo flush casement products throughout on our windows, new Bi folds and today our beautiful new door which has completely transformed the house. The team fitted everything perfectly on site whilst the back office and admin team were always in contact throughout the entire process to ensure we were happy with the finished product. The products always came in to stock when they said it would even during these impossible times product wise, They always turned up when they said they would and they never left until something had either been externally checked by a second opinion or they felt the product was perfect. Highly recommended!

It was a long wait (5 months) due to CV19 and supply issues but well worth it. Our new timber front door has surpassed our expectations as it is a beautiful feature to our house. Alex and his apprentice Liam grafted for a full working day to install the new frame and door. There were a few technical issues due to the previous door's fitting including having to shave 10mm or so from the interior walls but Alex overcame any issues with a professional zeal. His attention to detail whether it be the caulking and sealing or fitting the door furniture was second to none. Liam made from scratch a new piece of shaped timber to insert above the door, again, first class. Alex consulted on every detail to make sure we were satisfied. He obviously takes a pride in his workmanship as evidenced by him and Liam taking photos of the finished work. Yes, it's more expensive than a composite door and maybe some companies offerings but the quality speaks for itself. An excellent company to deal with from Jamie at the Hartley Witney showroom, the quotation process, the communications and installation. My partner is now thinking about replacement windows from Sherborn!
