This used to be a lovely caring school but unfortunately it has changed. They do not deal with problems, they ignore them hoping that they will go away. The management team lack any empathy.They are not supportive when problems arise. The complaints process is poor. The school and the owners do not accept that they can do things better. Disappointingly money seems to be their only concern.

It looks that we have made the right decision to move my daughter to Sherborne House from another local nursery (where safeguarding is a problem). At Sherborne House, safeguarding is ensured. They are also quite accommodating. My daughter has settled down in two weeks and now started to enjoy her time there and building friendships. Organised learning and activities are a great advantage as they do benefit from the main school on the same site. Although they accept 15hrs only (not 30hrs) early year fund per week, but their daily charge is lower than our previous nursery. Hence, the actual difference in monthly fees is minimum. Certainly, good value for money. Overall, happy with Sherborne House Nursery /Preschool.

We have been parents at SHS for 9 years, with our youngest nearing the end of our SHS journey in Year 6. Sherborne House perfectly describes the atmosphere of the school as it provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment like any home provides a child. The teachers have always been supportive both to us as parents and our children. Both of our children have cherished their time at the school and have thrived in the environment. The teachers are dedicated to providing a fun and engaging teaching environment. The school has provided an amazing platform during lockdown – they have been tremendous and exceptional during COVID learning. The children’s moral has been consistently boosted with a balance of learning, fun activities, catch up time with friends and little surprises through the post. The school provides complete wrap around care, beginning with breakfast club through to after school activities to satisfy a diversity of interests. We are forever grateful to the teachers and staff for all they have done. Our children entered SHS as shy and unsure babies and have left mature, well balanced, caring, academic and confident individuals due to the foundations SHS provided them to grow and learn who they are and what they can achieve with perseverance.

It’s a lovely school with such lovely and welcoming staff who are always friendly and caring. We would like to thank all the staff at Sherborne House for being so positive through all the challenges they faced during lockdown and providing an excellent education.

One of the best decisions we took as parents! Sherborne house shaped both our children well- academically, musically as well as socially- and we are eternally grateful. Our association with Sherborne House School started nearly 7 years ago and we have seen the school only getting better- already starting from a high base. In the past year, the school's professionalism has become even more evident than ever- with the entire staff, led very ably by Mr Beach, putting in extra care and attention to ensuring that the in-school learning environment of the school translates well into the online world of COVID lockdowns and google classrooms. As our second child is in her last few months in primary school, we will no doubt miss the interaction with the School staff and the collaborative spirit of the parents (FOSH!).
