I visited here with my elderly disabled mother. It is quite a small zoo, which means that it is quite compact for someone with mobility problems. The pathways are generally quite level and sound although some bits are gravel. There are disabled toilets which are never too far away. There is no free entry for carers which is very disappointing, just a meager discount on the standard entry price. The animals seem well cared for in nice habitats.

Lovely zoo. Not too busy with a good variety of animals. Love the nocturnal bit with bats flying right by you! The prairie dogs just going about their day free roaming is adorable. Plenty for all ages to enjoy with informative talks.

Travelled a long way, not worth the money, small, run down, most enclosures look empty, poor food, can't use NHS discount, smelt of weed.. other than that tho🤩
