I cannot express how fabulous this Company is. The staff are so lovely and the customer service is well above the five stars, if i could put in more than 5 stars for them i would. i had a leaking hot tub that other Company I contacted condemended. stating it could not be repaired. Contacted these guys and they fixed it serviced it and were all good to go. Thank God i found them as i would have had to get rid of my hot tub and buy another one. Then my hot tub lid split and they found a new one for me in no time and its being sent to me. Guys thanks so much for your fabulous service.

Arranged someone to come and look at hot tub as we suspected heater not working. Explained this all and said not in use at present due to this. Was aware there was a £65 call out charge and told, if they fix the issue, £65 taken off of bill. They did turn up as planned. Told me, they needed the tub full of water to test. I had emptied it as not in use for a while and lady who arranged appointment for me was aware of this. She did not at any time, inform me they would need it filled. I thought they may need to move tub to get to service panel and would be too heavy. They took photos of heater and said not to worry, they would research if they could get the part and call me back. I got a call, asking me to pay the £65 call out charge, and not had any contact since. So I still have a non working tub, and I'm £65 down. I do not mind if they are not able to fix it, but a phone call would be nice to say one way or another as they were quick enough to call for payment. Feel like I've been mugged in my own home. Would not recommend. In response to your reply to me about the third visit and chain of events, we have only actually ever had one visit from your company. It is very true I rearranged the first visit soon after I booked it, as I had a work meeting I could not get out of. I cancelled and rearranged in good time before the first visit (and only visit) so you did not attend the first booked appointment. When the engineers arrived for the first visit, they informed me that the tub should be filled with water. I informed them that I had not been advised to make sure it was full. Also, at the only visit we had, the engineer said the issue could be the heater, or could be the electrics board. Difficult for them to diagnose as no water in the tub. They said they will cost the heater and board and then I could make a decision to go ahead with the work or not. They said they will get back to me. I then received a phone call asking me to pay the call out charge which I paid over the phone and had no problem with as I was aware there was a call out charge. I enquired on that phone call whether you had managed to get a price for heater and board. I have not heard from you since. There has been no 2nd or third visit, and I assure you that the hot tub is still not filled with water. Not sure which customer you are confusing me with! We were waiting on costs for both. I have not had a call or voicemail from you. Perhaps you phoned the customer that had the third visit, but I assure you that was not me.
