Our own GP cancelled an appointment and it was urgent, the surgery advised us to go to this walk in clinic. At first I was dismayed with visions of waiting hours to be seen. How wrong I was we were met by a really lovely receptionist and after barely an hour seen by Dr Main Tahir who is one of the nicest doctors, listened carefully and prescribed what was needed. A first class service, like an wonderful oasis in a desert of generally failing NHS GP services. Well done to all of you at Sheppy Walk in GP centre.

Excellent service from all. Thank you, and a special thank you to the GP who was on call today. He saw me straight away, explained my test results to me and gave me a prescription. The pharmacy were also very efficient- I was not expecting such good service.

Absolutely appalled by the handling of my appointment yesterday. I'm Medway based and a non driver and I was referred (by 111) to the walk in service in Sheppey hospital for a concern which couldn't get resolved anywhere else local to me. The receptionist called me yesterday around 10.30am to book me in yesterday for around 3pm. I made clear I'm from Medway, that I had been bleeding and they had shut down all of the walk ins near to me. Once i got there, I got turned away from GP Dr Mian. Saying he was unable to 'investigate' and run tests because I'm not a 'local'. And this is not what there service is for? There wasn't much care shown. So I didn't get seen with no resolution.. I had to get someone to drop me there and it was a complete waste of my time. I'm annoyed that the receptionist didn't check into this before booking me in/ receive the right adequate information to say that I do not fall under their criteria. 111 made clear that the walk in was definitely an appropriate service advised to me, given the circumstances and that I shouldn't have refused. Total incompetence. NHS pass the buck and blame 111, but don't care. Sort it out.
