Been going to this surgery for years and I wanted to make an appointment to see my dr was happy to wait but it has to be a telephone call first. That surgery has seriously gone down hill. When you feel low and want to see you’re own gp it’s a fight. No wonder people are scared to call their dr. The receptionist wanted to know what it was for Surrey that’s personal between you and you’re dr

This is the most amazing practice. We have been with them for 30 years and they just keep getting better. The receptionists are lovely and helpful. I love the telephone consultations, so easy to talk to the doctor and for the doctor to decide if they need to see you or can simply write a prescription. We have always had first class treatment from them and are hugely appreciative of their help with complex and not necessarily run of the mill issues our family members have experienced over the years. Thank you one and all at Shepherd's Spring!

I very rarely need to see a Doctor which is a blessing because I would never get to see one at Shepherds Spring, it is way behind other surgeries, still in lockdown, and the nearest you get to a Consultation is a very long wait for a telephone call, or sending a photo. Shame, it was once a good practice. I would have given 0 stars but it would not let me.

Please fix your telephone issues. There is an extra automated voice stating a menu that doesn't exist. This has been the case for far too long. Also, the amount of times the automated service just cuts patients off is ridiculous. Editing this review because credit where it's due. My daughter needed help with Patient Access and NHS app. The reception was really helpful and talked us through the whole process. App now fully working and daughter can control her medication without having to bother the surgery.

The reception lady that works the phone is appealing! She has no people skills or a spec of compassion. She is rude, doesn't let you speak and raises her voice over the phone!
