We used Shepherds to sell our home in Cheshunt this July. Everything went smoothly, I didn't fell as thought they were misleading or over pushy about any part of the process. They were always available to answer all questions I had. This is the first time we have sold a house so the process is a bit different than when you buy your first home. I have recently sold a flat in Cheshunt through Shepherds Cheshunt and was very pleased with their service. The sale was not straightforward, but this was not down to the Agent. The first buyer pulled out and Shepherds had new viewings within days. They communicated about every viewing and as the property was empty, arranged for one of their staff to be available to show the perspective purchaser around the property, which was on many occasions! They gave very good advice throughout the process and we achieved a realistic price for the property. Very happy with the service and would use them again.
