Trains are always delayed and never on time was made to work 4 times in a month due to this ! Staff members are really friendly but make sure you get to the Tain station an hour earlier if you wanna get to your destination on time Have been told by staff to get on a platform and been the wrong train all together

Travelling into London and I must admit it has been a few years but the train journey in was a massive disappointed 😱😩 They were able to spend money on having free WiFi fitted into the train's but a little Aircon or even a few windows that can open for ventilation and cool air.... I guess that was not in the budget. People's health, safety and well-being not as important as some of the other weird stuff and excuses they come up with. Here is a tip... It's kind of basic knowledge now that climate has changed all over the world. People forget it was mentioned over 10 years ago that the earth shifted it's axis by 5 degree's. Use your brain.... That would impact the earth and climate of all continent's would change.

Not very good holding the connections you can miss your train by less than s and then have to wait 20 minutes for 20-minutes service the staff to shrug their shoulders and said they had to let it go although they knew you was running up the stairs

staff gave wrong platform number some people got on wrong train, I would have if I followed their directions. I was lucky I nearly ended up 20 in the wrong direction I got off the train. staff need training as this could have caused me major problems if I followed their instructions.

Great staff at the gate very helpful, however lady at the ticket machine and a gentleman at the ticket office very rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional, when I was asking the lady at the ticket mashine she was trying to fix something she was extremely rude and very unhappy, next time I've decide to ask an advice on my travel, gentleman at the ticket office and he was having such a bad attitude as the lady at the ticket machine. Staff at the gate are much more helpful and supportive, really appreciate they help. I will take names of these two persons and will share it on Google!

I’ve been travelling from this station for 20 years and would generally rate 4 stars, but today is the 2nd time in a month where the guards on the platform have not put safety first. Whoever was in charge of platform 1 while the 07:35 boarded should receive a written warning and additional training.
