    Had been frequenting another bakery in the area but their customer service was pretty off. However, this bakery not only has a great selection of produce that's always been of excellent quality when I've visited, but their customer service is superb. Always full of smiles and know how to make a customer feel welcome.

    Brie, Bacon & Avocado sandwich. Completely flavourless. Bacon was microwaved & burnt black. Chocolate twist was still frozen in the middle. I would have enjoyed a Tesco, (opposite), meal deal more, plus it would have been half the price. This place used to be really good, one to avoid now. **In response to the owner reply** • Crispy is very different to burnt, perhaps retraining can help them identify this? • A staff member did go & buy an avocado from Tesco, but your stock control shouldn’t be that bad. I should note another team member did point out to the person making the sandwich that the proposed avocado had been out since the weekend…. At least someone knows what their doing, I wish they had made my sandwich. • Frozen, is frozen, very different from cold. A clue is ice crystals. Perhaps check your refrigerator settings? • Why should I have to bring my food back? That’s no way to deal with quality control, make it right first time & there wouldn’t be an issue. • You surely don’t really want me standing there telling you that your food isn’t good in front of customers? I don’t mind doing it, but the reach of that would only affect 10 people max, where as this is visible to thousands & a permanent record of this failure.

    Had my first experience at this shop this morning. Had a sausage & cheese muffin and a hot chocolate. Nothing negative to say!! Absolutely scrumptious muffin. Hot chocolate was lovely too. And the 2 ladies in the bakery was lovely and such good service. Made me feel welcome & were very friendly. A joy to see so early in the morning. I can’t believe I have never been to this bakery before & definitely will be coming back to try more (especially the cakes 😂). Thank you again!!
