Charged me £20 for a next day delivery service which did not arrive, asked for a refund and was told I had to send them a email and they would investigate. I spoke to a person who was the manager attitude was absolutely disgusting might sell cheap boxes but service was diabolical will not be purchasing anymore from them.

Order was initially delayed due to being delivered incorrectly to the billing address. Upon opening the package, one of two drawer units was damaged, and clearly packed in that condition as packaging was undamaged. Rude customer service cited the requirement to report damages within 3 days of receiving the package, implied it was damaged by me, and wouldn't honour any refund or replacement. Will not be using again.

Ordered some equipment from them in November 2016 and paid in advance, we now are in February 2017 and still waiting, I have called and emailed a lady called Karen but she does not respond. Now I am trying to get a refund.
