We bought shelves from this guy called Nigel (Shelving Megastore )who knows absolutely nothing about running a business, We did not want the full system, just few shelves and back panels, his job supposed to make sure that his product will fit our upright which we told him in advance that we have, shelves arrived and did not fit, we called him and asked if he can replace them and we are happy to take responsibility for the shipping, he was the most arrogant person we have ever dealt with in business, hr refused to replace the shelves, refused to help with returning them, refused to refund the full money even we accepted to not refund the shipping cost, but guess what he want to deduct restocking fees, the funny thing is that the order came direct from his supplier where he claimed that supplier will charge him, we called his supplier and supplier said no that is not true, however we returned the order under our cost to his supplier , then he said two panel were damage during transit without providing photos, so deduct shipping cost 15% restocking fees and the cost of two panels so out of £350 we got £162. never again and this is not a person or a business any business wants to deal with.

We have been buying stands to refurb our whole shop over the last few years. Mark and the team have been great and always sorted us out. Last delivery had some damaged shelves (in boxes so they would not have known) But Mark sorted us out promptly. Would always recommend South West shop fittings to fellow Business owners
