If I could give it no star I would. Rude, abrupt staff who literally don’t want to do their job. Avoid at all costs.

Rude and disgusting behaviour of the so called “postmaster”. Old man think that he is superior and can speak to customers like to animals. This kind of hatred stems of people who hate their own existence. Stay away if u don't want to be sworn at and humiliated.

They regularly overcharge for postage. Make sure you explicitly state what service you want else you'll be charged as a package for a letter, for tracking or first class when you don't want or need It.

The worst customer service I have ever met in my life! I’m here to ask why my parcel doesn’t have any update after they accepted it 5 days ago, could he help me to check with it, as I posted a Royal Mail 48. The man didn’t allow me to finish my question and speak really loud to me said “I have thousands of parcels per day, not my business.” When I ask him who should I connect with. He interrupted my question again. And shouting “go go go, you waste my time, get out.” Thank you so much for your help then!
