I was asked to go to an interview and told I would be sent an invite via email. I never received the email and I wasn't that bothered on chasing it up due to the manner Mark had on the phone with me. A very arrogant, belittling kind of attitude. I then received a text, a few days later, asking if I was coming to the interview. To which I replied that I wasn't and explained that this was because I didn't receive the email and had since made other plans. They tried calling me which I didn't appreciate, so I ended the call and blocked them. This decision was made having read the reviews online and the experience I had already received. They then texted me via another number (which is classed as harassment. The contact was clearly unwanted), and were very unprofessional in what they wrote, Google won't allow me to attach a screenshot, but they were acting in the manner of some Internet troll. I would not recommend associating with this company. If I have any further contact I will take this further.

The person who answered the phone had such a strong Liverpool accent and poor telephone technique that I found her almost impossible to understand. Called again the following morning at 09.45 hrs only to be told that the office hours are 9-5. What sort of organization is this?
