I arrived a little late to a session and they waited for me with no complaints. Anna was very helpful and pleasant and provided me with tons of useful information. Shelter themselves are more of a source of info to help yourself in a situation rather then actually provide you with accommodation. Tho I was referred to some useful 3rd party help. Overall Worth a visit if your feeling a bit lost for housing options but not an immediate solution in crisis.
