I would suggest some training on customer relations for those staff collecting donations of furniture etc from people's homes, particularly given the fact that such donations are often made in the context of bereavement. Those picking up furniture from my late mother's flat were brusque in manner, rushed and careless with the items they were collecting.

Overpriced items, rude staff, the drivers who deliver purchased items throw them in the van with no care and attention. Do not quarantine furniture donations for the advised period of days either. What comes in goes straight onto the shop floor.

Tried to donate a modern desk, unfortunately the van man collecting my desk said he was 1 hour behind schedule and wasn't able to take it. I was advised that the driver's would be able to take it down. My husband offered to take it down as it would have taken just 5 minutes but the driver kept saying no. It's a shame as the goods are donated to help homelessness. Rude driver 0/10 rating...

This is best charity shop in Erdington to go to if you like to have a look around, you can find some pretty unique stuff. The manager and staff are super friendly. The store changes isndie often so it's a always something oo look at. Always happy to go there! :)
