I came into the shop today to donate some items. The woman in the shop was extremely rude. She couldn't even muster a smile and spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience. I was shocked by her behaviour and disgusting attitude. I told her that I would take my items elsewhere. I won't be returning nor would I recommend anyone trying to take donations there. Oxfam took the donations and the staff were lovely!
