Awful experience, I visited the store for a bridal bouquet and the lady was so aggressive and unhelpful and rude. To the point I just wanted to walk out. I felt so unwelcome. Do not recommend this florist for your happy occasion!

We used Shellies Flowers for a trade show at the NEC. We purchased two posies at Claire’s suggestion, and this worked great for us. Claire was so helpful in looking at out proposed stand and creating two incredible posies which really brought our space to life. Her service and product was second to none, and I would use this company again in a heartbeat. The price was also very reasonable for the product we received. I cannot recommend Shellies Flowers highly enough.

Ordered a bouquet online paid extra for it to look like the picture, looked nothing like it. Called them said I ordered something else but even against that picture the bouquet looked nothing like it. Cheaper flowers were used carnations etc, less lillies and roses as the picture
