I am MOG in June this year and have been looking for a dress for so long. I visited this shop on Saturday not holding out much hope. How wrong I was, what a fantastic place with not only really lovely friendly staff but so knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough for helping me choose a dress which I am so looking forward to wearing, I also got the most amazing shoes and bag to match. My wife purchased a dress from this store. On collecting it and trying it on at home she felt it wasn’t the right dress for the occasion. When asking to return it a couple of days later she was flatly refused a refund and was only offered an exchange. As there was nothing else suitable in stock she is stuck with a dress she cannot wear. The shop needs to get up to date with modern retail business practise.
