The pharmacist was hiding from me when I came to ask about an ailment, and using the excuse that he's busy when the staff are clearly standing around on their phones and idling. I thought that they were great staff according to these Google reviews but unfortunately they clearly are not. The two women at the back were loudly laughing and chatting with each other, one guy was staring at the computer, one guy to the side was handling and sorting prescriptions, and someone else was putting away and taking out baskets with prepared dosettes. I assume the dosette guy was really busy and had to prepare more dosettes so I'll cut the guy some slack, but there is no excuse for the others for standing around, chatting and clearly hiding away instead of serving customers and patients. It took 5 minutes standing at the counter for me to be noticed and served by one of the cackling women, where she just said "you need to see the GP". Well guess what, very soon thanks to Rishi the job for sorting out ailments is about to mostly pass to the pharmacist, so there's no more excuses for hiding and the queues are going to get longer. On what I've experienced, good luck with this place.

Brilliant pharmacy. Offers free delivery and always happy to help on the phone or face-to-face. They recently started a blood pressure service, in which I wore a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours (totally free btw) and it greatly helped me to understand where my health was at. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🤩

So I was sent to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription. My first time. I spoke to a man (not sure his position) he was Asian, Middle aged, medium build. He was the loveliest man. He spoke with such kindness I was taken back because nowadays you don't get that kind of treatment anywhere. I was pleased and walked away. Again a few days later had to go again, same gentleman, again he was so so polite so I just had to leave a review. I hope he reads this and continues to be a nice man.

Main pharmacist is lovely man, he has helped me alot since coming here. They now have one that works weekends, I still have yet to form an opinion on, he has not helped when I have gone there with questions. Today I went to collect prescription, and he made me explain in a shop full of people why I was getting it again. And if I refused to tell him then he would not be giving it to me. He should have come to me privately and asked since it was a VERY PRIVATE MATTER!! He needs to learn how to deal with people.
