This company do not listen to anything you say and constantly fabricate excuses for their failings. Even after they see, but not admit, their mistake they don't learn from the mistake and continue to repeat them. I am an unwilling customer of shell energy and I receive endless phone call demanding I pay my electricity bill even though I inform them I have already paid the bill. They send my bill to their collections department half way through my billing cycle. When I speak to a representative and inform them, they tell me that is for a separate bill that was outstanding, even though all bills are settled, rather than admit their fault. I inform them that I received a SMS requesting the amount I was discussing with them and they even deny that. This company is not only one of the more expensive energy providers but they gave the worst customer interface I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs.... I am transferring away ASAP.
