Been using very well known rival opticians for years, in ladt 12 months had to return 3 times owing to prescription problems. Decided to go to Asda Shipley for eye test. New prescription and new glasses, what a difference, vision now much better. Very reasonable prices as well.

THE MOST INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL OPTICIANS I HAVE EVER USED...I ordered and paid for both mine and my wife's glasses on the same day....Mine arrived a week later than promised...When I enquired about my Wife's, they hadn't even been ordered...We was told they would be ordered and made Priority...3 weeks later, and still no sign of her glasses, I rang the Store to Enquire...I was told " They were only ordered last week , and were still in production "....My Bank statement says differently.

The Holt Park branch staff came across as very rude and inconsiderate. Shouts from the chairs at the customers. Very poor mannerisms and processes. I understand they are stressed due COVID but that is no reason for their abyssmal attitude. Tracy and the store manager could probably do with some training.... A smile and a positive attitude usually goes a long way.
