I found Shell Drainage on Check a trader and I was very impressed with their prompt service. They worked around my schedule and completed the job quickly. Upon further inspection using a camera, they have noticed a small defect with a drain pipe, but said that it was nothing really to worry about unless my drains keep blocking. Called for a quote and someone came out next day to inspect and diagnose what was faulty which was damaged clay pipes, scheduled work which was done promptly despite further damage being found and this was repaired at same time and Martin was fantastic in all aspects of his workmanship and customer service! Our street is unadopted and we have had issues with blocked drains down the whole street. Jack arranged for someone to come out quickly, and the pipes were cleared within an hour. Jack and the lads were very polite, kept in communication with me and sent a breakdown/images of what had been done. Excellent service from Jack. Answered my call, then he called me back with a time he would be there. Jack arrived promptly on time. He inspected and got to work. My toilet drain pipe was blocked and spewing sewage out in my utility room and kitchen. Jack drilled a hole in the pipe to catch the water and see what was going on. Andrex “fine to flush” wipes had caused a massive blockage and it caused a massive explosion when he started to clear it. He put the camera down the pipe to the main sewage chamber and we watched on screen. Very professional and sorted the problem. Thanks so much Jack! Would 100% recommend.
