Absolute joke of a post office! Tried 6 times to send a parcel never open!!! Have told them how many times I’ve tried to send this parcel and they couldn’t care less! They told me to try somewhere else which wasn’t even open!! Why advertise a service and opening times if you never stick to them! I went in at a time when nobody was in the shop and there was 2 staff working and they point blank told me they wouldn’t open it even though I can only get there at a certain time during work! Shocking customer service the only person who is nice in that shop is the young guy who doesn’t hesitate to help where he can! Joke!

Constantly closed at random times throughout the day. At 9am it was closed at 10.40am it was closed and at 3pm it was closed. The cardboard box they prop up is getting old now. Needs closing due to its inconsistency and reopened somewhere else.

Never open when it supposedly should be! Need to return items of an evening due to working 9-5 and just told ‘not sure’ when asking when they will be back open. Terrible service.
