We do like this library. Very small young children's section but still have a variety to pick from. The opening hours are confusing though, they're not always open when it says they are.

Good local library, very helpful staff. Easy to join. The kids loved using the library and came away with a few books each, which they couldn't wait to read. Definitely will be using regularly.

If there's any score lower than one star, that's what i'd rate this library. Visited it once and it was noisy. People brought their kids and were talking in lound tones. What's a library if it can't be quiet place for study? Also, their timing is so wack! How can a library open at 9.30am, close for an hour at 1pm and re- open to 5pm? I was just getting into my studies when i was shooed out by one of the librarians and i couldn't get my mojo back for the rest of that day. Even if it's being run through charity, they need to get their acts together! What's worth doing at all is worth doing well.

Noisy library. Visited on a Wednesday and there was knitting club near the work desks, and what appeared to be a kids party in the other room. Hate to sound like a miserable old person but I love libraries that have a studious but relaxed environment, where you can hear yourself think.

states it closes from 1pm-2pm so I popped in to print something off at 12.32pm. Plenty of time to print 1 thing. “Sorry we turn the computers off at 12.30 and they don’t come on again until 2” ridiculous!
