Took a Canada Goode coat in to get dry cleaned. I was told £25 at first then after the cost was there for 6 days I called and they said it still hasn’t been done and it’ll cost £45 instead. I just wanted the coat done so I said okay to the price. I’ve then gone and collected it today and the coat looks the exact same as when it went there and still has dirt marks on the front of the coat. Not happy at all. Waited over a week and wasted £45.

I needed a laundrette delivery service and after phoning around, I found this place. First of all, the man on the phone was incredibly lovely and helpful, so of course I was sure my clothes would be in good hands (you hear of all these horror stories of people ending up with someone else’s underwear or a t shirt that has shrunk three sizes in the wash) I’ve just received my clothes back and they’re wonderfully fresh!! Also, how lovely is the delivery driver?? A great guy with a friendly manner. You guys have been a life saver and I thank you all.

This is the second time I’ve used Sheldon Laundry. They offer such a speedy and professional service at a very competitive rate. I needed three king size duvet covers ironing, which were cotton and difficult for me to iron on my ironing board. I emailed Mike on the Monday to get a quote .. £13.50 for three, including collection and return. He said they could be collected between 9 and 9.30 the next day and returned at the same time two days later .... and they were by the lovely Phil. All neatly pressed and packaged (the duvet covers that is, not Phil). It’s so refreshing to actually find someone who does what they say they’ll do. Well done to Mike, Phil and all the staff at Sheldon Laundry. What a brilliant service you offer. Thank you.
