Awful customer service and female manager working today was more than happy to go against consumer law and the sales of good act. I remember once having to return it's something many years ago and was also met with the same problem.

I usually love sports direct. But the York branch falls short. I couldn't find any staff.. I was there for over an hour and in the end I got mad and left. The upstairs department is ridiculously warm too.

Went in to Sports Direct in York to buy a pair of Sketchers in the sale. Every member of staff I spoke to was polite and helpful. The young man that assisted me in the shoe department was wonderful. I didn't catch his name, but having spoken to Ash the Manager, he informed me it was likely Oliver. His service was brilliant, he was polite and cheery and couldn't have done more to help me. Thank you to Ash and his team for making it a great visit to your store :)

Sport direct have horrible(unethical) return policy. I have bought a pair of shoes for someone as a present .the person didn't like the shoe we went to exchange with another pair which was £6 cheaper than the first pair . At first the customer assistance refuse to make the exchange. I had to argue about 15 minutes to change his mind . After that he handed me with an credit note which I have to spend it to their shop only . Just wondering what kind of return policy is this? This is a horrendous refund policy .
