If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service from the ‘director’ Rob Townsend. My straighteners broke after 18 months of use. Tried to call with no success. My mum sent an email as she bought me the straighteners and she received the most disgusting customer service I have ever witnessed. Basically called my mum a liar and said he has offered great customer service and wanted an apology from us when she received what I can only describe as abuse from what is supposed to be a professional company. My mums emails were nothing but polite and professional. Will not be using them again and would not recommend to anyone. Will also be reporting to trading standards. The straighteners themselves were not great for the price. I have bought a pair of babyliss for £20 which are much better. Don’t waste your money.

I love all of my SHE Hair styling tools. I have the straighteners, hair dryer & hot brush. I bought my first pair back in 2015 & they’re still going strong. I’ve since upgraded to their new model & they’re just as good of not better. Can’t recommend enough! Delivery is always super fast. Never had any problems. Wouldn’t buy from anyone else.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND YOU HAVE TO CONTACT DENISE THE MANAGING DIRECTOR HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THE FULL REFUND WAS NOT PROCESSED AND WHEN WE ASKED WHY DENISE SAID IT WAS DUE TO A DELIVERY CHARGE. IT WAS FREE POSTAGE ? WHEN WE QUESTIONED HER AGAIN ABOUT THIS SHE BLOCKED OUR EMAILS. WE ARE NOW HAVING TO CONTACT PAYPAL FOR THIS TO BE RECTIFIED. IT STATES CLEARLY YOU CAN HAVE A NO QUIBBLE 21 DAY FULL REFUND. NOW THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED AT A ROYAL MAIL COST OF £15 ( which is obviously not in the returns policy) DENISE HAS DECIDED DIFFERENTLY. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
