We used Sheffords for our first home purchase. Jeremy took his time talking us through our options for the home survey (Levels 1, 2, 3). He completed the survey himself and took us through the key items of the report, answering any questions we had. Although more expensive than competitors, Sheffords have been worth the premium and would definitely recommend.

We'd heard great things about Sheffords' house surveys and were not disappointed. Ed did our survey and was incredibly thorough. He uncovered several things that the previous buyer was very fustrated about because his surveyor (who had done theirs only a couple of years previously) never spotted. The resulting report was comprehensive, clear and helpful - and enabled us to successfully negotiate a fair price for the house. Would highly recommend Sheffords and would definitely use again.
