Sheffield Yoga Nature is a wonderful yoga community. Jo and Ben have created a community where everyone is loved, accepted and encouraged to do what's right for their body whilst practising yoga. The classes are well-planned and follow the unfolding of the seasons, which is great. Jo and Ben are very knowledgable and will share useful information about the yoga tradition and help you work with your own energy and experience. Yoga Nature has changed my life... Jo and Ben are the best teachers, sharing their expertise and offering some wonderful yoga routines. The postures, meditation and breathing techniques have made a difference to me physically, spiritually and mentally. The classes are friendly, calm and welcoming and it's fun sharing with some lovely people. Practising yoga with Jo and Ben is such a great experience! Once moved to Sheffield I only found classes for 50-60 minutes and practicing in this short time was just a stuggle and not a relax at all! The 90 minutes of the class plus the calm and warm voice of Joanna allows me to deeply relax and only focus on my body and my soul. I like their approch and all the love and the care they put in the practice! Highly raccomanded!!

I really love Yoga Nature classes and workshops - Jo and Ben are the best yoga teachers out there, very knowledgable and friendly. They make yoga accessible to everyone and I always feel uplifted after the class. I particularly enjoy the fact that the classes extend beyond the posture work by throwing in bits of history of yoga and generally showing how to live the yogi life day-to-day. I have tried so many different classes in the past and finally found home at Yoga Nature. Highly recommend trying it for yourself :) xx

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! Jo and Ben are two incredibly professional, knowledgeable, intellectual, hard working and passionate people who have over 15 years experience teaching Yoga. They truly understand the fundamentals behind the practice of Yoga and are super super friendly and understanding. If you currently doing Yoga but don’t feel the benefits, then I promise you - change your class and sign up here. If you are looking to seriously reap the benefits of practicing yoga then this is the best place in Sheffield for it. Novices are also warmly welcomed - the other participants in the class are all wonderful lovely humans which makes the experience a thousand times more effective! 5 STAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been attending Jo's classes for years - in person, and now remotely. She runs a lovely class - very positive and uplifting. She is also good at encouraging everyone to 'listen to your body' and not to push it too hard - she provides a range of options for the exercises, so that you can do the harder or the simpler version. There is a spiritual aspect to her classes also - helps with getting through these difficult times.

I have been attending Jo and Ben's classes for over 5 years and they are lovely yoga teachers - gentle, thoughtful, good humoured and caring - but offer challenge too - The 'killer abs' sessions are brilliant for building core strength. I can feel my yoga practice has developed over the years and I know if helps my flexibility and balance, as well as core strength - all of which were important to me. I love the meditation sessions and always feel rested and calm after a class. Love the special sound baths too! Jo and ben really care about the community they have created and have ensured there are plenty of on line classes on their site now that classes can t be in person - they also do live streams at different times/ days to enable everyone to take part. Highly recommended.

I have been with Joanna since the beginning which is more years than I care to remember. Because she takes the time and trouble to familiarise everyone's personal difficulties you feel that, even in a full class, she is talking directly to you. Her advice on adjusting or alternative moves if you experience particular problems is invaluable. The online classes have been a godsend through lockdown. Well done Joanna and Ben.
