Do not work for this organisation, they are so badly organised and inept its unreal! I worked for them for a year and half and they cannot organise anything properly, there are supposed to be schemes to help staff improve but it leads to nowhere and no one knowns what they are doing. They advertise various schemes and purportedly support various social causes but its all just virtue signalling on their side to "show" they support these issues but with no real substance. As a person with Aspegers and sensory issues, I reported that the fire alarms went off on Monday mornings for too long and could they at least reduce the amount of time. Took many weeks and very little communication and for me to actually walk out in anger one morning before they did anything about it. Yet they will put up displays in their main Owen building about Autism and what is etc! Ha, what a joke SHU! You dont care about your staff with Autism and thats blantally apparent. Now I have left and they couldnt even pay me the correct wages and left me without enough money to support myself for the next month when we have a cost of living crisis! They have left me severley short of money because of their ineptitude and incompetence. Its the usual story, no one is accountable, no one is responsible and no one knows what they are doing. All this organisation cares about is money and "box ticking" to appear to make themselves look good in the public eye. Its all pretense and lies!
