First of all, Nathanial of Sheffield Computer Specialist was so helpful with my water damaged laptop! Arranging a drop off time was easy over the phone. Nathanial sends a useful guide of all important information after confirming the drop off. Was really easy to find the address and lots of parking available. Nathanial talked me through all the possible routes of how it could be fixed and some useful recommendations on what to do next time I spill lots of water on a device! Nathanial got back to me really quickly after drying out my device. He operates a no fix no fee diagnosis, unfortunately my laptop needed fixing outside his control. However, Nathanial sent me a really helpful email of a photo of the damage to show to a specific specialist and what to tell them too. He also recommended a few places to go and genuinely cares about the fix of your device. It feels like a very personal yet professional service. Overall, I’d highly recommend Sheffield computer specialist and urge anyone to support this local business!
