Brilliant company, originally booked for Sunday then had change to it to Saturday at short notice. The gentleman was understanding and delivered on time. My daughter and her friends loved the bouncy castle and were literally on it none stop. Would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future. đ

Well what can i say place the order to hire the tiktok bouncy castle in the middle of june for my daughters 4th birthday on 23rd July and payed deposit online got confirmation email with full details and contact number if need any morre assistance but did not have to contact the once the bouncy castle arrived on the day t was booked for and to top it off got 4 hours erlyer wich was a bonus as it was originally ordered for 12 till 7 my daughter and her friends enjoyed every minute of it could have asked for any better Brilliant costomer service from the lads who dropped it off and fornthe price its cheaper than you think i highly recommend that if you want a bouncy castle get in touch with these guys this is second time iv used them and both times been brilliant THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LITTLE PRINCESS BIRTHDAY THAT LITTLE BIT MOORE SPECIAL

Terrible service! I booked a bouncy castle on their site requested if they could deliver at 2pm they said no because theyâll be doing collections at that time. Fair enough, I decided to book with a different company and cancel with them (meant losing my ÂŁ16 deposit). I then booked with a different company(or so I thought) âBounce Around Sheffieldâ when they confirmed my booking I messaged Sheffield Bouncy Castle Hire on the number on their website ending 705 to cancel. I thought everything was in place until the day I needed the bouncy castle no one turned up from the other company, I called them to follow up and they said I had cancelled đ¤ˇđťââď¸đĄ mind you these are two different companies but are being run by the same people completely different numbers and websites too. I tried to explain to them that I canceled with Sheffield Bouncy Castle Hire since they couldnât deliver at my requested time and booked with Bounce around Sheffield but they were rude and unapologetic. We ended up having a party with no castle and I lost 2 deposits of ÂŁ16 each. Please put your companies in order, if youâre running two different companies then donât get them mixed up. You have two different websites and different numbers I cancelled with one company then all of sudden you tell me because I cancelled with Sheffield Bouncy Castles I have automatically cancelled with Bounce Around Sheffield. Put your things in order because youâre not organized and improve your customer service.
