Hina has really helped me with my symptoms and I highly recommend her. I was seeing her regularly for 7 months when she treated me for long covid and my mental health. My symptoms have gotten a lot better and my anxiety is under control. However, the biggest improvement has come from her completely curing my severe PMS. I was struggling with this for years and have tried everything. Acupuncture has been the only treatment that has genuinely helped with this and it feels amazing to not have to plan my life around my menstural cycle anymore.

Hina is the best Acupuncture therapist i've been treated by. Over the course of the past 3 months I have been struggling with intense mental and physical strain due to my occupation... this had caused headaches, insomnia, eye strain and overpoweringly negative thoughts. I was looking for acupuncture as an aid to my recovery as I have successfully used this method of treatment in the past. Hina was warm, welcoming and extremely efficient at tackling not only my physical manifestations but also allowing me to clear my negative feelings and thoughts. After several visits to Hina's clinic I started to sleep better, feel better and develop an overall realignment and comfort in my body and surroundings. Acupuncture is a highly effective form of treatment and there is nobody I would recommend higher than Hina. I can't wait for the next treatment!
