I received a terrible service from this company and once they had received my money they couldn’t care less, I was promised delivery within 5-7 days, arrived 10 days with no explanation for delay and when I complained I was told “that’s how it is”…. Poor customer service

Ordered some made to measure acrylic splashback, these were the lowest price I could find including delivery. It came well packaged within the timeframe, matches the colour on the website and was cut exactly to the measurements given. Seems high quality and should last for years. Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

Unfortunately cannot give 0 stars. HORRIBLE and RUDE customer service, bought an opal acrylic and received a EXTRUDED WHITE ACRYLIC, after contacting customer service, was told I bought the wrong acrylic and clearly it's not an OPAL ACRYLIC.

Spoke to a lady prior to ordering on their online chat. Really helpful in suggesting alternative material to what I was originally looking at due to the nature it was being used for. Quick delivery of the sample squares I had ordered. Chose colour and ordered 9pm in the evening. Lunchtime the next day I had an email saying my order was ready for collection. Stuck on wall last night and looks brilliant

What a terrible terrible company Ordered reeded acrylic, arrived with reed the wrong direction, sent out again, missing 3 no. pieces of acrylic 3 piece send out to the wrong address New order sent to the wrong address Handover not complete due to the poor nature of this business Do not respond to emails when they don't have an answer Has cost me nearly £50 to re-send their mistakes Be warned, use another acrylic supplier

I bought 3 pieces of Acrylic mirrors from Sheet Plastic for the home gym. Spoke to customer service before purchasing and the lady said as long as I stuck the mirrors on flat service (she recommended using mdf boards) using Mirror Mate glue and spread evenly then the results would be the same as real mirrors. I spent around £450 for 3 mirrors, much more expensive than the real mirrors; £150 on mdf boards and £200 to get a professional decorator to put the mirrors up. I was next to the decorator when he applied Mirror Mate, we read the instructions dowoaded from their website together and I was sure the layer of glue was even. The result....100% not happy with it as you can see in the photos. I understand its not returnable but still emailed them to see if anything they could suggest. Only replied after I chased them. No useful suggestions but kept saying the glue might not be even enough. Did not even bother to reply after that. Maybe their other products are okay but I would not recommend acrylic mirrors at all. Wasted nearly £1000 for something so called mirrors!

Not recommended , woman on the phone was blunt, abrupt and generally not that helpful, ( strange for sales ) , I think they weren't interested in my small order, which would have become a bigger order, and eventually they never got back to me
