Spoke to Hannah Administrator at the surgery today. Very rude person, no customer service skills, whatsoever. Please take off the phones and reception. If this person does not like dealing with the public, not sure why she is in this job. Nasty rude indivudual.

I feel all staff at SMC should be commended for always going above and beyond. Despite being incredibly busy the receptionists are always so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I feel very grateful to have such a collective amount of caring and competent doctors so close to home. I would, and often do, recommend this surgery. Thank you for all you do.

If I could give no stars I would - shocking & awful service.Impossible to get a routine appointment- held in a queue despite ringing at 8.30am when they open & by the time your call is answered there's no appointments left Ring again at 2pm or tomorrow they advise but the same will happen & there will be no appointments left.Its just as well I'm not dying but I was told to make an appointment by the Doctor .The only other alternative is to physically go into the practise to try & book which is all very well if you don't work during the day . Anyone thinking of joining this practise don't bother you will be a lot worse of than you are now.

Really good doctor surgery! It feels its a lot easier to get an appointment in this place then any other doctor place I've been to. The staff are very professional and helpful when it comes to reassurance and advice. I would definitely recommend this surgery. You also no longer have to wear a mask to the surgery which does help me and a lot of other people feel more comfortable going there

9/10 times the reception team are really helpful. Occasionally you get someone who is clearly having a bad day and doesn't seem to care, but mostly I've been really impressed with their friendliness and willingness to help when calling. The system of retaining your place in the queue and they call you back when it's your turn is so much better than waiting on hold for ages. Seen a few doctors and they've all been really thorough and caring too. Maybe I just had a bad doctor's surgery before but our family are really happy with Sheepcot since we moved to them
