I recently did the meditation course level 1 with Sheena and it was amazing. I feel like a different person since completing the course. I feel calmer and happier and it has reduced my headaches and migraines because I mediate at least 5 times a week. The course itself was very interesting. I learnt a lot about the chakras and the energies and how they affect us in our daily lives. Sheena delivered the course very clearly and calmly and was happy to go over anything we needed more clarity in. Sheena gave me lots of life guidance during the course too, which really helped me. I would definitely recommend this course. I can’t wait to do the level 2 course.
