I came to No One Famous with a bridesmaids dress that was too long on me. They were able to shorten my dress to a perfect length so that it's still floor length and flowy, but short enough to not get caught by my shoes when I walk. My sequin wedding dress needed to be shortened. The original seam by another company was done so well that you could not see it. The seam that was done on my dress by no one famous has been done really badly. Passed through the sewing machine with no care not to go across the sequins. Now you can see the thread and the seam clearly. I trusted this place with my wedding dress hoping that for £120 it would be done with care and attention to detail. It wasn’t. I sent this company an email explaining that this isn’t right and has left me sad and disappointed. My email has been totally ignored, no response of even an apology. I wish I was told that they weren’t confident with sequins and given the choice to go elsewhere. Service: Wedding gown alterations

Great service! I brought in a pair of suit trousers that were badly worked on by two other tailors (one a professional high street suit shop, the other a home tailor), they were not in good shape, and needed undoing and correcting at the waist, leg and ankle. It was the simplest and quickest interaction I've had with a tailor, and a week later I collected them and they were spot on, perfect. The High Street suit shops make it seem so complicated, probably so they can charge an arm and a leg. Will use again! Service: Alterations

I took my wedding dress to No One Famous for alterations and they did an amazing job in only 5 weeks time from start to finish (hemming, taking shoulders up on lace, adding button at the back for taking the dress up during reception party, and fitting in my own bra). The first fitting took place 2 weeks after bringing my dress in. They did it in stages as they needed to do the hem first before adding the button for the right length. I came back another week later to try it on again. The shoulders were still a bit lose so they agreed to work on it again and now it fits me perfectly! They did such an amazing job and answered all my requests even with difficult fabric like lace. I recommend 100%!

Appalling costumer service rude condescending and above all incompetent. My repairs were 101 sewing test book which included a open crouch and button replacement with Velcro. This what happen upon collection. Trousers came apart again while putting shoes back on. Velcro of very poor quality. Came apart after first use. To make things worse, stiched white Velcro on dark fabric. Extremely expensive for poor quality work . 5 pound to move a button. 10 pounds for 10 seconds of stitching the open crouch. 15 pounds pounds to stich the very poor quality Velcro. The only thing that worked was ....the name.....No one famous...for stitching....that is. Do yourself a favor go and check 50 yards away. HIGH quality taylor. Professional pleasant and above all fairly price.
