Extremely disappointing we cut short holiday due to dirty room cracked windows insufficient room to open a case. Very uncomfortable. Bus trip we were expected to be on a coach for 9 Hours for 120 miles trip. When I contacted Shearing they could care less no apology Very defensive. Never again.

Just been to George Hotel on the northumbland tour room was damp black mould meals horrible had to order of menu and pay extra wouldn't go again no entament not enough places to sit I am still waiting for a phone call with an apologies that was may I would never go with them again need to get some good drivers and hotels

Good trip to Edinburgh, my preference would have been for longer time at the day trips but with a wide age range on the coach I feel the compromise for the comfort of all was paramount. The coach driver was knowledgeable and happy to offer suggestions of places to see and things to do. A star is knocked off for a single supplement being charged on a single room but I accept this could be out of the control of Shearings and down to the hotel.

We had a short holiday at The Royal Hotel Whitby. The Hotel is really dated seagulls screeching all night. Dirty rooms and The food in the evenings awful ate out.Broken wardrobe and 1 small lift for huge Hotel won't go backscreeching all night.
