Fantastic customer service, my Wife wanted 3 cones of wool, in certain colours, unfortunately store hadn't got them. We now live in Somerset, so the lady behind the till, checked the stores in the area and found Yate have them in stock. She called the store, the shop put them behind the till and on our way back home, a slight detour off the M5 and the wool was purchased. Well done to the lady behind the till at Shaws West Bromwich on Sunday.
